The Table.

Where We Meet

Coming together around tables in our culture has never been just a routine—it’s where our stories unfold, where our connections deepen, where the rhythm of our lives takes shape. These tables become sacred spaces, holding the weight of our laughter, our lessons, our dreams, and our truth.

In the early days of shaping this program, my own table became more than a piece of furniture—it became a foundation. It was where shared wisdom, stories, and the lived experiences of Black women nurtured the very essence of what this space would become.

When we think of the table, we often picture the roles tied to it. But as Black women, our presence at the table is so much more than caretaking or serving—it’s about creation, resilience, and power. The table is where our cultural narrative unfolds—where flavors blend, knowledge expands, and the pulse of our community is felt.

In Finding You.™, we’ll gather at Tables that we build for our purpose. Tables designed for deep work and real connection. Whether it's a private Table for two, a Community Table, or an intimate small group, each one is a space for courageous Black women to come together—exploring, healing, and growing, both individually and collectively.

The Table is where we honor our past and step into what is true for us now.

My invitation to you: Find your seat. Choose your Table. Let’s begin.

Program Design

Finding You.™ was born from my own awakening.

The racial unrest of 2020, along with other life shifts, made me pause and reflect on my way of being as a Black woman in this country.

This stack of books represents the voices and work of Black women who guided my transformation—through their words, documentaries, courses, and spaces dedicated to unlearning and relearning our history. Coming together, learning, and reshaping my understanding led to the questions that now shape Finding You.™.

As a coach, mentor, and longtime supporter of women and girls, I wanted to create a program that speaks directly to the lived experience of Black women. While there’s a strong focus on anti-racism work aimed at educating white women, there’s far less space dedicated to helping Black women understand how systems of oppression have shaped us—and how we can reclaim our power.

Finding You.™ follows an intentional path, guiding you through key questions that help you investigate, acknowledge, and reshape your way of being.

The journey happens at your Table, in your home, through interactive, creative sessions we experience together online. Between sessions, you’ll have time to sit with what’s unfolding—because true transformation needs space. In fact, more time to integrate was the #1 request from our pilot cohorts, so we built it in.

I hope to see you at the Table of your choice, doing the work of Finding You.™.
