Wholeness Coaching
People come to coaching for many reasons. It can help you identify “what” you want to do next in your life, or it can help you improve “how” to do something you’re currently engaged in.
Coaching can also focus on “WHO” you are, how to show up, and help you identify ways to bring your whole self to everything you do. Integral coaching is working on the wholeness of you.
Coaching Programs are 5 - 12 sessions | Consultation Required
Your first sessions are devoted to understanding your objectives for coaching, getting to know you, and developing a custom plan for your coaching program.

Gather and Confirm
Sessions 3-5 | Daily, weekly activities focusing on honest self-awareness, observations from others, and a clear understanding of your values.
Connect
Develop and Strengthen
Sessions 6-8 | Daily, weekly practices that open new possibilities develop and strengthen habits that support your development area.
Embody
Learn and Relearn
Sessions 3- Completion | Daily and weekly movement that uses what we’ve uncovered to create muscle memory of the feeling, emotion, or new way of being you are seeking.
Affirm, Plan, Reflect
Sessions 9-Completion | We spend the final sessions looking back and setting intentional commitments for how you will leverage your coaching work going forward.
Sessions outlined are for 10 - 12 session programs.

Sessions are 50 minutes in length, and we meet at a time that works for our mutual schedules every other week.

At this time, all wholeness coaching sessions are held virtually via Zoom.

Custom sessions are available, group sessions can also be requested.

The Basic Package is ten sessions that are committed to before we begin. Additional sessions are available as stand-alone appointments. If more than one but less than ten sessions are desired, a custom package can be created to meet your needs. Advanced sessions can also be designed and customized to your specific needs.
